Hybe bought it. They use it for other staff to come out and enjoy it. They don't rent it out. Suga reserved it for a week when he was writing music for his new album D-Day. You can see Suga and his crew filming there while they worked in Suga's documentary. This was during covid so that's why it was all sanitized. Oh, and they brought in a work trailer for Suga when he was there with the BTS guys.

It's not a place to rent out. It's an indoor and outdoor set. Complete with perfect set lighting and sound and cameras. And places for tech storage. It's basically a business write off for Hybe. It's a work place. Remember BTS gets paid to vacation. Even though they are "resting"...it's a way to market BTS. They have to have on mics all day. They are filmed all day. And my opinion...I think it's highly intrusive to film them when they are sleeping! So this is a work place. A 100% tax write off for Hybe. It's not an AirBNB.

Hybe has many other groups you don't know about. Female and male. They aren't as experienced or as good as BTS, but some of them are winning awards now. And they have new groups. In fact, Hybe is in the U.S. The next group will be an international boy's group but managed in the U.S. Guess who will manage them? Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun. Hybe bought out Scooter's company. Justin works for the same company as BTS now. Not kidding. Ariana Grande. Demi Lovato. All of Scooter's clients he manages! He has lots of famous clients.

Owning a dog 101. You take them for a walk so they can pee and poop. Every day. First thing. JK first time owner...learning by experience. But I want to share my opinion. Don't train your puppy to pee on pads inside. It just trains them to pee and poop inside. If you have a puppy...it's like having a baby. They need special care. You take them out every 2 to 3 hours. Then keep increasing it til they can hold it longer. I've had 5 doggies. No doggy ever peed or pooped inside.. I trained them. And you have to be able to go outside no matter the weather. I've had doggies only as an adult so I never had a yard. Always living in apartments. I put them on a leash and walked them morning and after supper and before bed. But these were adult doggies. When I got my first puppy. I was back at college. So I walked him morning, noon, dinner, evening and whenever he wanted to go out. I had to train him to hold it because I was in theater or performing at night. If you don't have time to walk them or take them out to run. Or you don't take time to potty train them. Please don't get a dog. Again. My opinion.

A nice thing to know. JK has always had a 2nd family for Bam to live with. Because his schedule was always so full and irregular. And he would fly out of town so often. Also, Bam has brother and sister doggies and lives where he can run and run joyfully. JK explained this again on his Vlive before he went to military. He was in tears explaining how he would miss Bam, his baby, the most. No doubt V has someone taking great care of Tan too!

If I’m not mistaken JK said his dog is at a training center bc of his illnesses and the amount of care he requires.

I was wrong. The first U.S. group created will be a girl's group called Katseye.

You can be excited any time, Rex. I love it when I see you enjoying BTS.

Yes the dog is in a training center when JK can't take care of him. When he will be discharged from the military he will be the primary care for Bam ,but he said he will still bring Bam to that center from time to time, to run free and play with other dogs.

Didn’t expect we get the seasons 2 already ..so happy thank you💜💜💜

Hi, Rex, new on Patreon and already loving getting the full reactions. You are so excited to watch RM getting buffer over time--you should go watch Taylor Mari's guide to the Bangtan 7 just to see what he looked like in 2016 or so. There's a clip of him helping J-Hope prep for a speech where he's so skinny you wouldn't believe it's the same guy. oops--sorry, I see that you did that. But it was before you knew anything about him, so maybe go back and sneak another peak to remind yourself?

There are Behinds for season 2! It’s just ordered differently than last season and they show up at the end of the package.

You can follow JK's tattoo artist on Instagram, he posted all improvements he did in JK's tattos. @polyc_sj.

You know they’re doing well when hobi can order truffles and caviar with cute confidence 😂

my sister just got a young dog and he loves his crate so much! There is a territory thing to it so having their own space satisfies that.

Rex Stop being so thinking serious about stuff like that because in general BTS when they are off stage they are kids blocked in adults body’s that it all ARMY think the same thing so when JungKook switched bathroom products he’s not thinking about saving money he’s thinking I just want to be a kids and do funny things And Hobi struggling with the coffee machine he is just a kid who doesn’t know how it’s working
