There’s a group interview where RM says he wants to be a dad, but last year he did a video blog and said he no longer wants kids. I think the other members haven’t said anything specific?

The guys really don't talk about relationships, etc. Unfortunately one of the drawbacks to being idols is having to keep that part of their life hidden. I'm sure they date, have relationships, etc, they are grown men, but I doubt the world will know any time soon. Joon has talked before about having kids, but then he later said he didn't want to. Jin has talked about being married and having a family, but the rest really haven't. Of course, in earlier years they were asked their "ideal type of girl" and they all gave standard answers. Yoongi has hinted at his sexuality being not hetero, without confirming anything, because that is a big no no in SK. Hopefully they will all find love and the crazy fans will let them ne happy.

I think Namjoon is the only one that said anything about kids. He used to say he wants to be a dad but recently said he don’t want no kids lol. In a live a couple months ago he also said he doesn’t have a girlfriend but he would like one They are very private about their dating lives so we wouldn’t know if they are relationships or not :) Ps. Hope u listen to Save Me cuz it comes up in this season a couple times!

As far as l know, members who recently mentioned marriage are Rm and Suga. RM mentioned feeling uncertain about the prospect of marriage for himself. Suga hasn't explicitly shared his thoughts on this matter, but shared that his father constantly asks when he'll get married whenever he sees him, so at least his parents seem to want him to get married(Parents' hearts are alike everywhere lol)

And about dating, Dispatch (A well-known South Korean media outlet, particularly recognized for its coverage of idol relationships. They often unveil the secret romances of celebrities and share this information with the public) and HYBE are joining hands so they are pretty safe from dating rumors. Thankfully, HYBE is very good at these things and protecting members so their personal lives are well guarded!

Agree with the above comments. I also just want to add that V has also said he wanted to be a father and I believe Jin in his early days said the same thing. But other than that, the boys never talk about their personal relationships.

If I were to say something, it would be impression and personality, but that's not specific to just women; I look for those things in people in general.' Translation: 'I focus on first impressions and atmosphere. I don't have an ideal type and it's not limited to girls.

As you can see, it really bothers some fans when there is any suggestion that one of the members might nor be straight, so its understandable that the guys are not open about their relationships.

I don’t think the answers you got here were because someone was bothered. What you mentioned was related to a mistranslation, so it was the right thing to mention and explain that. I would never care if they are all straight or none of them is honestly, they are just amazing artists and people, but they themselves have shown that they are uncomfortable when people assume things. So in my opinion we will know about their relationship status and other stuff when they will reveal those things. Also, in general I do agree with you that some people would be bothered if one of them is not straight, but also some people will be bothered if in 10 years they are all married (with women) for example, as the fandom is diverse and a lot of people fantasize whatever they want about these guys.

What we know about their romantic lives is sparse. In general, ARMY respects their privacy on these matters for the most part. RM, Tae and Jin have all talked about wanting kids someday, and/or being married. Tae in particular is a big old sap when it comes to kids. Jimin is an equal opportunity flirt with males or females, but this may just be his personality and not a sexuality thing. Yoongi is also cagey about that sort of thing, but he does have a line in songs that his "tongue technology" will "take you to Hong Kong" (make you climax) whether you are a guy or a girl. But again, this is likely just rap braggadocio and not anything related to his sexuality. That's just how sparse the clues are. JK has said his ideal type of girl is IU and he is a big fanboy of hers, but has also said he doesn't want to marry. We know they must have dated people but can only assume the other parties were under ND agreements and they have been extremely discreet, as anyone and everyone is always looking for hints and rumors on them and there are not really any credible ones. Honestly, they have been working so much since their debut, there would have been little time for any serious dating unless it was someone they were working with a lot. Both RM and JK said recently they were not dating. It's common in S Korea not to seriously date before military service is completed, for obvious reasons. Delusional shippers aside, there is really no evidence any of them are not straight. If any of them are anything other than hetero, we may never know, because it's so taboo in S Korea. But they are very LGBTQ+ positive and have spoken up about that fact and been supportive to queer artists and fashion designers, etc. That alone is a brave stance, being who they are and in their culture. Jin did say once that he wasn't even really aware of non-hetero relationships as a thing until he got into Bangtan. But who knows what that means. It could just be that the more worldly guys educated him, or someone else in the trainee pool they lived with early on who didn't make the team was not hetero. We also know they were watching plenty of porn on their studio computers and he could have been clued in that way too.
