You can watch Tony Montana live with Jimin and burn it with Jungkook and strange with RM because it's was amazing

I'm so glad that you've finally listened to his album! 🥰 However, you might have noticed that the translated lyrics you've watched don't make much sense. Suga is known for his heart-touching lyrics, and his songs from the D-2 album are no exception. But the translated versions you've seen are really odd, and I couldn't even understand the lyrics myself. I hope you get the chance to listen to these three songs again with better lyric videos, because the lyrics are definitely worth watching Here are the links: 28(Korean title: Guess l'm becoming an adult) https://youtu.be/my5Twn2DkLw?si=IGKDE-fPKzQFjbMh people https://youtu.be/R17A4j733Pc?si=fWps0WTjFtLzX41H dear my friend- https://youtu.be/3sFxkKbDaUo?si=_IuwQC7hGz-NKIeu

And for D-Day song 'Amygdala'.. You should be prepared because it's based on Suga's real life struggles. (Do you remember Yoongi sleeping and working in the camping car in 'In the Soop'? He was writing this song at that time)

I would love to to see you react to Dear my friend, during his last concert before enlisting. It was such an emotional moment for him and ARMY. I am still waiting for that last concert to come out on DVD. It will be one I will never forget.

Annmarie

Yessss finally!! 🙌🙌 you are going to love this whole trilogy! & you definitely have to watch Haegeum and Amygdala together because they are in the same storyline as Daechwita!! 🔥🔥

Hello, the lyrics videos you reacted to have extremely bad translation (speaking as someone who’s fluent in Korean, lots of things are lost in translation or totally illegible). I’d recommend that you use “DIAL 6137” lyric videos when reacting to Bts songs, she have the best lyric videos with the most accurate translations. The channels you used have loads of errors because they translate speedily and post asap to get views without checking for accuracy after a song’s released. Therefore, most BTS reactors stick to using “DIAL 6127” videos. She have playlist created for each and every BTS album, so it’s very easy for you to react too. She make videos quite slow so some of the most recent releases aren’t done yet (DDay, Layover, Golden). But besides that you can find every song, including ones from their Japanese albums/side projects/ost etc. And just a small reminder, lyrics are a huge part to BTS’ discography and it’s one of the main reasons they’re this big. People relate to their lyrics, people are saved and comforted because of their lyrics, it’s not an understatement when I say that. This is how we became the biggest fandom, and why there are ARMYs of all ages and race. Hope you’ll be able to find songs that you can relate to as well, those that can really help you on tough days

I LOVE D2 so much 💘💘💘💘 WHAT DO YOU THINK IS SUCH A VIBEEEE

alexa turcic

watching him sobbing while singing dear my friend on his d-day tour was so heartbreaking but weirdly sadly beautiful imo, so much emotion, i love this album

Jaeyi

Agreed. I’ve never seen Yoongi sob that hard, that was such a sad, emotional and healing moment all at the same time. That whole performance was like a therapy session, it was incredible

Georgiana S

I think the best way to see that performance would be by watching the whole concert, it gives context and has a lot more meaning this way. I'm sure he will get to full concerts too, even if it takes a little more time, as there is so much content to watch.

Agust D is Suga spelled backwards + DT for Daegu Town

Lala23

My favorite songs on this album are burn it, deschwita, people, and strange. Some of the songs grow on you. Give them another listen.

Venita Morse

There is one word to describe Yoongi - genius!!

Nanci B. Kuykendall

Agust D is DT Suga backwards. DT is for Deagu Town, his hometown, and also the name of his original underground rap crew. Any particular reason you skipped his first album, Agust D? It's amazing too. About Daechwita; A Daechwita is Korean historical royal military music. It is what you hear at the beginning of the MV and he had to get special permission to use it. Also, Yoongi is Min clan, meaning he is related to the last Empress of Korea. Our Prince Yoongi. A Daechwita is played for the changing of the guard, the marching of the ARMY and the coming of the King....all relevant here. In very brief: The song is mostly a declaration of his success, but also him talking about wanting to be more grounded in his life and his work as an artist, out his feet back on the ground, similar to the message of RMs Wild Flower. The song and the visuals in the MV are also the start of a trilogy that is the story of his mental health journey and healing his traumas. The other two songs are Haegeum and Amygdala off his album D-Day. In each one he plays dual roles, a "bad" or unhealthier version of himself and a more healed version. His scar represents his trauma, which he sees as a self-inflicted wound because he says he was not healthy and was too young and did not deal well with all the (many) hard things that happened in his life. The scar slowly heals across the trilogy but in Amygdala we get an origin story for it. In Daechwita the Mad King represents himself of the past, with the blonde hair of his early BTS days and his more raw scar. He is paranoid, isolated and rageful, taking heads and trusting no one. The Peasant Agust D has a more healed scar and 6 guys behind him representing his Bangtan brothers. There is also a woman representing ARMY who holds the keys, but he takes hold of those keys from her himself - To his music? His healing? The life he wants? He is not alone anymore. He is more confident and less rage filled. He leads an insurrection against the Mad King and against his isolation and rage. The King's supporters become his own. Notice how all the advisors in black are headbanging with Peasant Agust D at the end. He uses a Colt Army model revolver to shoot the Mad King, representing the strength he found in ARMY. I love that you spotted Jin and JK. Did you see the painting of PD Bang based on a hilarious doodle of him that JK did? It's in the car scene. Also - it's a hard flex that Yoongi called Bang out in the MV without any honorifics. Most artists would not be able to mention their producer/boss in their music, let alone without honorifics. It shows how well they are treated by their label. Just a reminder - he made this cinematic masterpiece MV, which he conceptualized from storyboard to finish, for his FREE album that he gave away to ARMY on SoundCloud. All 5 of the rapper mixtape albums, RM, Mono, Agust D, D-2 & Hope World, were free love gifts for ARMY. There is a behind the scenes vid for this, and all their MVs also. If you really want to see him spit directly at the haters, that's in his Agust D MV - his debut solo single from his original album, also called Agust D and also a great album. The song Agust D uses a ton of sexual inuendo, which is hilarious as it's addressed to his haters, and it's straight fire.| 16:46 RM has heavy rap on his first mix tape RM. There are two MVs, for Joke and Do You, but the whole thing is great. Other singles and collabs of various styles by him you can check out that are not on his albums because they are either singles or on other artist's albums are: PDD (Prod Warren G) Fantastic (for Fantastic 4 OST) Buckubucku (w/legendary KHip Hop trio MFBTY) Bicycle Change (w/Wale) Sexy Nukim (w/Balming Tiger) Smoke Sprite (w/So!YoOn!) Don't Ever Say Love Me (W/Colde) U (w/Primary) _ ProMeTheUs (w/Yankie & various artists) Champion remix (w/Fallout Boy) Crying Over You (w/HONNE) Timeless (w/Drunken Tiger) Winter Flower (w/Younha) K'Hawah (w AOA's Jimin, a female artist, & IRON) Gajah/Elephant (w/Gaeko) _ Don't (w/eAeon) and this adorable duet with a Japanese fan that was part of a contest show https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ds_OQ-j-2mg&list=PLgr3N-DzetWl-qiqiKSv8SpYRVMlpc-11&index=11 27:00 Burn It is one of my faves too. 30:20 The vocals in back of People are from Adora - a Big Hit in house producer for many years who did background vocals on some of their songs and has since started a solo career as a singer.

Daniela Schrul

As you are currently are doing all this full album reactions, does that mean you will not look into the single songs more deeply? This would be very sad as I really liked your detailed dive into them a lot.
