The only purpose for doing the Company is to protect oneself through making the company Dormant. So the question remains, Will Digital ID take one out of that Dormant status?

Listening to this lady she implies that the photo ID should have been done by 18th Nov 25. I was under the impression that the Photo ID needs to be done when next doing the Confirmation Statement. What is the correct answer please?

some have done their confirmation statements already and never had to provide the id but we may all have to at some point 🙏🏽

Ok, thank you. I did all my company Confirmations and Accounts early in October befor the Nov deadline to give me a little breathing space to assess the situation before they are due again.
