Hi Carl Thanks for all the work you continue to do. Quick question. I was thinking of adding an additional name for my enrolled deed-poll (so it’s more distinct from the Certified Copy of an Entry name & for generational legacy). Certified copy of an entry name being: John Henry Doe So instead of new enrolled name being: John-henry Doe It will be: John-andrew-henry Doe What are the implications (advantages & disadvantages) of adding a new additional name to my enrolled deed-poll. Hope that makes sense Thanks

Hi Carl, I have a question . I changed my name by Deed Poll through a solicitor after my divorce and took my grandmas surname in her honour. Question is can i just use my birth certificate to simplify things because if i use my passport maybe i would have to take my old deed poll ? Or doesnt it matter what my name is on my passport?

Hi Carl, ive been to the solicitor today and she witnessed the forms etc However she only had the solicitor stamp and not the commissioner of oath stamp does this mean it is void?

Hi Carl, it's 42 days to register the child; 42 weeks for your mum to carry you; maybe the RCJ carry the child for 42 weeks also?

I just want some help here. I’ve set up MARK PIGRAM Ltd on companies house. I am Mark-john-david Pigram which goes on the deed. But my birth certificate shows the following an M joined to the a so could be M or an m and the john has a capital J in my middle name and david lower case so what do I do in my case. 😤
