im not sure as I have never been one myself but if you are asking for yourself as a director you could do a search on google for company directors annual fee/wage etc plus your company is dormant and you get 100% share of the share capital you have in the company etc ❤️ like all of us we now control our ships/company and all are docked etc

Thank you, I filed my dormant account one day late and now I have received a fine, is the best way to deal with it to close the company ? Then re buy it ?

No give them a call in the morning and tell them that you were busy and forgot but you believe you have 14 days grace period and hopefully they will wipe it as you're only one or two days late. Try that option first then, (remember you are running a company so these are the things you/me/everyone as being their own secretary has to do) if you still have to pay the fine you could dissolve it if you choose to and then buy it back again etc. This is what has been told by one of their staff members I believe which they're usually lenient as you are by your-self etc thats why its dormant etc. 🙏🏽

I did that today, she said I have to appeal but it’s 99% unlikely to win as it’s a dormant company

Yes she said the way they look at it as a Dormant company you had 9 months to file so there is no excuse! Oh really if you say it’s better to pay the fine I will do so? They said you can set up a payment plan of pay in full. I will speak to you on the next zoom 🙏

just start again I would suggest as you may want to have the talk first so you're not wasting anything to pay the fine etc. just a thought, after we have a talk it may give a little more clarity etc. we all have a lot going on, so its easy to forget, and nine months does fly by when we now have a company to run 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
