I hope everybody is doing well!!

Here are the updates -

The reaction to Shippuden ep. 89 & 90 will be posted together on Friday, March 29th 2024 There will be no upload tomorrow (March 28th 2024)

Between our editor being away for some time, family visiting Madison, studying for a professional exam, and doing our DANG taxes, we want to let everybody know that

WE WILL NOT BE POSTING on this Patreon from April 1st 2024 - April 15th 2024

Also, U.S. citizens - please don't forget to submit your taxes by April 15th!!

However, during this "time off", Patrons in Tier 3 and above will get the reactions to the next two Naruto movies!!

On a final note, we'll be watching the next set of filler episodes (91-112) for Patrons in Tier 2 and above!! I've NEVER seen them and a lot of the comments in the last poll explained why these fillers are worth watching!

To reiterate -

-After the double upload this week on Friday, March 29th 2024, we will resume watching Shippuden from the filler episode 91 on Tuesday, April 16th 2024

-Reactions to episodes 91 - 112 will be available to Patrons in Tier 2 +

-During the "break" we will upload the next two movie reactions for Patrons in Tier 3 +

You guys have given me a way to rediscover. This show even though I've seen every episode 5 times watching it at this pace. Is giving me a better appreciation for it? Because when I discovered it, I was able to just stream all of the episodes one right after the other. So I binged it and didn't have to wait, but the wait allows me to appreciate it in a different way. For example, all the cliffhangers lol...so Thank you both! And something you said at the start of it all... In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful pieces of art i've ever seen

Thanks for letting us know ahead of time what the plan is! I think I will sign off for a couple of months and come back once you're a bit closer to episode 135-140 and past the fillers so I can watch it altogether. Have a great Easter and break.

Those fillers are trash ngl. I remember watching thinking it was cannon and thinking the show was becoming a snoozefest. made me quit watching the show for a while until I discovered I been watching a filler arc lol

Yea I guess he didn't get the memo on how bad and dragged out the fillers are. I predict he's gonna get bored of it along with the rest of us telling him to skip it and watch it off screen like they did in the last filler.

Yeah the fillers are a real drag. I'm going to take 2mths off and hopefully they are near the end of Sasuke/Itachi arc

Im glad you are watching the guren arc. This and utakata 6 tails arc are the only fillers I like. Also make sure to watch the 6 tails arc because Kishimoto himself makes sure to have one the characters talk about it later in the manga. It's the only filler arc he liked enough to make canon

Kishimoto never made Utakata's or the 6 tails interaction with Naruto canon. I have the chapter right in front of me and they don't even recognize each other when introducing each other.

I personally won’t stay for this filler arc since it drags on too long, so I’ll see y’all in June once we’re back to manga content. Any connected filler arc after this is better than this one in my opinion

Just wanted to mention that in episode 114, they show the leader of the akatsuki’s face(if you know what I mean, idk if Madison reads these comments) in a flashback for whatever reason, I guess the episode is part filler, but yeah it would ruin the better reveal when they show him later on, you guys should skip that particular scene as to not spoil it for Madison

sad thing is i took a month off just for some binge moments only to get hit with this filler arc when i resub lol :(. Obviously no reason to keep the sub because I have no interest in fillers and this arc will take a while...
