follow the guide i gave. I DMd you on discord. these are the slice of life episodes that are to be compared with natuto and not shippuden so keep that in mind. last season is full shippuden like and blue vortex is like aot shippuden. im so hyped.

Thats why Im gonna watch these reactions. The first 100 episodes did not impress me. But who knows, maybe I missed something... Only way to find out is to start at the beginning.

This is an actually an emotional moment for me as I watched the anime in its entirety and I am reading the manga which has been in the time skip for a long time already. It's worth it.

The Journey Begins! There are a lot of highs and some low lows for this show but the journey is quite rewarding. As big of a fan I am to the series, it would be disingenuous to recommend all episodes because some anime canon arcs do drag on for 15+ episodes, so here's my personal watch guide that would keep yall engaged. 1-15 (anime canon) - Introduces all new and old characters 16-17 (filler) - skippable 18-24 (manga canon) 25-32 (anime canon) - A short, cool arc with world building/character development 34-38 (anime canon) - End of the academy segment 39 (manga canon) - Dope ass episode 40-41 (Filler) - skippable 42-47 (anime canon) - Set up for the next arc 48-50 (filler) - skippable 51-66 (manga canon) - The next main manga canon after this is 148 so i would choose what you watch in between wisely. 67-69 (filler) - skippable 70-92 (anime canon) - skippable due to dragging on way too long. This would take yall like 10 weeks to finish with no development to the overall story. 93-95 (movel canon) - canon slice of life episodes 96-97 (filler) - skippable 98-105 (anime canon) - Skippable but the fight in 99 is cool. If you want to see team taka then i'd watch. 106-111 (manga/novel canon) - This is a cool novel adaptation like those episodes at the end of shippuden, but removed from the main story. 112-119 (filler) - skippable 120-137 (anime canon) - Tying up loose ends from the 51-66 canon episodes. Very nostalgia filled arc ;) 138-140 (filler) - skippable 141-147 (anime canon) - ties into the next manga canon arc 148-151 (manga canon) - back to the main continuity. 152-156 (filler) - skippable 157-220 (anime + manga canon) All of these episodes goes together. 221-281 (anime canon + filler) *Enter at your own risk* This is the part of Boruto where the quality take a massive dip and the side stories doesn't really make sense, or seem believable given the canon you would have just watched. 282-286 (novel canon) - Sasuke novel adaptation 287-293 (manga canon) - Final canon arc that ends with a BANG! There is no right or wrong way to watch Boruto, but taking things arc by arc would make your experience more enjoyable because the bulk of the anime canon is hit/miss. If you decide to skip any, I will have episodes with cool fights and timestamps ready for you to check out!

Damn I feel like I need to spit some facts here can we just deep Boruto’s potential. His father has the nine tails chakra which you can see on both his children having whiskers, Naruto got half of Hagoromo’s chakra, he is the reincarnation of Asura the son of the sage of six paths, is practically the 10 tails as he has all nine tailed beasts chakra, and is an uzumaki. And that is just Naruto, Hinata is the Byakugan princess where an Otsustski from the moon came down because he wanted to marry her to keep the bloodline going, got Chakra from Hamura the sages twin brother, who might I add had a tensagan which is even stronger than the broken Byakugan. The Uchiha, Uzumaki and Senju bloodline come from Hagoromo and his kids while the Hyuga come from Hamura who’s mother is literally the Goddess that created Chakra on earth. Like goddamn talk about broken genes.

When I first saw it, I was kinda new to anime so I didn’t even think about fillers. Maybe that’s why it felt like it dragged on for too long and had some boring parts. I’ve been wanting to re watch it again, but only canon episodes, but since Baris and Madison are reacting to it, I might as well just re watch it here. Also, I kinda stopped watching after a certain part, episode one hundred something, so I didn’t even finish it either. I think I was waiting for new episodes and just forgot about it

I actually ended up skipping most of 25-38 and skipped 42-47 on my original watch. Just felt way too fillery to me and just wanted to get back into the manga canon asap as the first canon arc was so good and those arcs were dragging on and unappealing to me. However I appreciate Boruto a lot more now so wonder if I'd change my mind a 2nd time

I understand 42-47 but 25-38 is actually 2 great arcs. This list already shaves off like 100+ episodes lol
