What do you think? Replace the couch with a table and chairs (like the old Bat Issues set)?

Of the two I say keep the couch but for the more discussion oriented ones a table is a good idea. I’m thinking Dark Knight Last Crusade as an example

I was there during the Red Couch, I was there when we said goodbye to that. Keep The Couch. It makes a nice short hard for doing things on the show "doing this book on the couch"

I think if you remove the couch, it would be jarring for most fans. Nonetheless, I'd still watch the show even if you guys did the show on a park bench haha.

Keep the couch. It adds to the feeling of "this is a guy telling his friends about a comic". Feels more like home, even tho it's a set.

I'm not gonna place a vote because while I would be sad to see the couch go, I can imagine that sitting at a table could make parts of the show easier to shoot.

I’m open to a change of scenery for backissues, i’m not absolutely married to the idea of the couch, but I don’t think a table would be an improvement on the couch.

I really enjoy the couch vibes so I would prefer you guys keep it. If you guys want a new couch though I would be down for that, a new couch for you guys to be more comfortable in or just to change the scenery

I would say only do a table if you're going to run a multi-camera set up, if you're staying with just one camera then keep the couch

You guys always look so comfortable is the thing for me if you do the table anyway don’t let me see the firm looking chair, I notice the posture at least, maybe go with some nice stools where your feet are planted

The couch is a classic, but do what you need to do for yourselves. If a table makes you more comfortable or is better for the show do what you need to do. The quality is in the people :)

If furniture wasn't so expensive, it would be funny if for a one-off you had a couch with a chaise, just for the weird visual. I imagine you could come up with a silly reason for Ethan be laying down. I can also imagine Sal and Tiff or Ben somewhat strangely looking down at Ethan every time he makes a comment, him wanting to sit up and he's not allowed or something.
