sorry I've been quiet lately, been on vacation and didn't feel like the Twitter back and forth was productive. 

This will be my final response. The earlier response we didn't publish will be up on Patreon tomorrow, I wanted to put this one up a bit early, should be available tomorrow morning for everyone else.

he says it was never meant to be an investment vehicle and then turns around and agrees with the guy saying, "you sell, you lose. common investing knowledge." i'd say he's the most obnoxious man alive but he does have some stiff competition. i'm looking forward to seeing how it goes with attorney tom and i hope the victims are made whole. i also hope EDNY (or SDNY... or anyone, for the love of god) takes a look at what logan's been up to. EDNY just brought charges against another NFT rugpull project that offered a lot of similar things that were never delivered.

I personally think Logan giving 1+ mil and making the game is plenty for him. The people who really need to go down are crypto king and Eddie Ibanez.. who were allegedly the ones who ran away with the money. They need to be held accountable. It is NOT ONLY Logan's responsibility.

Not sure you'll see this before the video goes up, but I noticed at 4:10 you put in the note that Logan upped his "refund" amount to $1.8M. At 4:17 you call it a "half-refund" which is correct for the $1.3M, but if he's doing $1.8M it's like 3/4 or something. Just figured I'd mention it because we know he's a litigious jackass. Glad you got a vacation and I hope it was enjoyable :-)

Something that I think is worth noting is that the money he's putting towards refunds is only for people who choose to get out now while he's simultaneously doing everything he can to encourage people to stay in. So odds are he's not actually going to be on the hook for most of that $1.3m in refunds, since a huge portion of of egg-holders will probably choose to stick with it now. I think he knows this and that's why he chose this approach.

I don't support Logan, and usually agree with Coffee, but how are you supposed to refund people who sold their nft? That doesn't make a lot of sense, same nft could have been sold 10-100 times, how do you know who to refund, and maybe the original buyers got all their money back if they sold before the project crash, or what if they sold to themselves. It's just impossible to know who to refund, would lead to massive abuse and scams. Realistically he can only refund people who still have the nft. The other ones got "some" of their money back already.
