Check out VISION 4X | https://bit.ly/3iWr31b Check out more from Excite Audio | https://bit.ly/3Wb3d0g Check out Plugin Deals | https://bit.ly/3VQNymO Excite Audio announces VISION 4X, a VST/AU/AAX analyser plugin that goes further, deeper and gets more precise than any other to give you a deeper understanding of your sound than ever before. VISION 4X combines four custom built visual analysis tools that work simultaneously in real time, including a spectrogram, bar graph, waveform and phase correlation meter. Each analyser is displayed inits own resizable window, allowing you to scale the plugin’s UI to suit your workflow. Perfectly sync VISION 4X to your DAW and customise the analysis timeframe to any project. Choose to run the analysers continuously, or loop a section of time and let them overlay. Alternatively , if you want to hone in on a particular sound, set the plugin to retrigger whenever a MIDI signal is received–ideal for comparing kicks in real time. KEY FEATURES ● 4 real-time, high-definition visual analysers ● Customisable and resizeable layout ● 10 Colour Maps designed for maximum information density ● Customisable Frequency Range and dB Range for analysis ● Freeze Display and Zoom-In functionality provides even deeper analysis ● Focus the colour map on specific frequencies with Map Curve/Tone Bias ● Sync analysis timeframe to your DAW ● 2 Display Modes - Continuous visualisation or Overlay for visualisation that loops over a chosen time interval. ● MIDI retriggering - Refreshes all analysers whenever MIDI is received. ● Information Bar shows pitch, note, dB and timing information (A3 +7ct,-3.2db, bar 2.1.1) ● Stereo/Left/Right/Mid/Side modes ● Presets designed by Noisia ● M1 Native SPECTROGRAM VISION 4X’s powerful spectrogram provides enhanced low end resolution than any other, offering access to more information about the frequencies in your mix. Freeze the visualiser for a snapshot of your sound, zoom in to get a close up of the frequency spectrum, and navigate the display to discover details that other wise could be missed. A selection of Visualisation modes allow you to see your sound in whatever way you require. Transient mode is designed for showing the start and end point of notes, Harmonic mode gives a more detailed look at the harmonic content of a signal, and All-round offers the best solution for a general overview of your audio. Customise the spectrogram’s display with ten Colour Maps to choose from, each one specifically selected for maximum information density when analysing sound. Brightness can be biased towards the low or high frequencies using Map Bias, and Range Hz and Range Db sliders give you total control over the frequency and volume range of the display. BAR GRAPH VISION 4X’s bar graph is a fully customisable spectrum analyser that can highlight the gain levels of the sustained frequencies in your sound. Choose to get an overview of how frequencies are distributed in your mix, or an intricate analysis, by varying the amount of bars shown in the graph. The Speed of the bar graph’s movement can be adjusted to run alongside your track however you see fit, and you can easily spot peak levels using the Peak Hold sustain control. VISION 4X also has a Spectrum Highlight feature that indicates resonant frequencies, which can be tailored for sensitivity and matched with the colour coding of the spectrogram. Understand and improve the balance of your mix by comparing it with reference curves from a range of genres, generated through in-depth analysis of hundreds of tracks. Each reference curve has an average and a maximum value line, with overshooting clearly indicated in red – the perfect visual feedback tool for assurance in your mixing decisions. WAVEFORM As well as the spectrogram and bar graph, Vision 4X features a waveform analyser that enables you to carefully inspect your sound source. Alongside the plugin's other visualisers, you can use the waveform analyser to magnify soundwaves and gain valuable pitch, volume and timing information, with an intuitive colour-coded display. The waveform analyser is accompanied by VU and RMS metering tools, allowing you to assess volume and loudness levels with ease. Keep track of the headroom for your mix with an overshoot highlighting feature that informs you when levels are going above 0dB. PHASE CORRELATION METER Explore the stereo dimensions of your sound with VISION 4X’s phase correlation meter, a tool that gives you an impression of your stereo spread and helps you to determine phase differences between the left and right channel. Any phase issues are clearly displayed along the centre line, helping you to maintain alignment and prevent any loss of audio when you’re converting to mono. the code doesn't work anymore?

Bio C

Yeah, will there be another discount code?

Brent Hronik

Similar to above, it doesn't look like this code works any more, would it be possible to get a new one? Thanks!

KJ

aaaaaand got it.

Amazing work. Love the look. It's already found a nice home in my -MASTER TOOLS- rack. Exciting also because the door is now open for more Noisia plugins potentially!

Loving it so far. Do you have an area for feedback / feature requests? I gainstage everything to -12db as I'm mixing, but this means the waveform is quite small. Would it be possible to enter minus values into the Headroom parameter? That should allow for more visibility. Cheers, and great work, I can see the heritage here and its handy to have them all together with some bells and whistles added. :)

Is anyone getting CPU spikes and dropouts with the plugin enabled in your chain within Ableton 11 (11.2.5)? Loading the plug on a blank set with no other tracks or plugins and it's making my CPU overload clip.

I found a workaround for reaper users in a similar boat. If I add a gain plugin before and after it on the monitor chain, I can add 6db in and then remove it again afterwards. This gets the waveform up to a more reasonable size, and it will probably bring the rest of the tools into a more familiar range too. The other thing I would suggest, is to do with my games sound design day job, could we add our own reference curves in? Hopefully using the same format as a certain other popular tonal analyser? This would allow us to add reference curves for things like explosions or impacts. Cheers

This plugin became essential to my workflow overnight! Something tells me we might be getting some super in-depth mixing and mastering tutorials coming up, highlighting Vision 4X. Cannot thank you guys enough for the hard work and effort that went in to making this plugin possible. I've had at least 3 or 4 of my friends pick this up, as well. I would like to add a little feedback. I'm on Ableton 10 Suite and have noticed that the frequency analyzer will freeze on its own occasionally, which is fixed by simply closing and reopening the instance of the plugin. The play/pause button also seems to freeze the frequency analyzer incorrectly by reducing or removing frequencies in the graph analyzer. For example, I'll play a section with kick and sub, hit the play/pause button, then suddenly the kick and sub drop out from the analyzer. So I can't trust what the play-pause button is telling me, at least with just the frequency analyzer. I also have just a couple feature requests.. I think it would be extremely helpful to have a "mid + side" mode, which would overlay the side signal on top of the mono signal in a slightly different color palette. I'm basing this off of Voxengo SPANs Mid-Side Stereo preset. Lastly, I think it would be great if you could highlight a snippet of audio in the oscilloscope to measure that sections duration in milliseconds. Anyway, cheers and thanks for all the knowledge!

It is a kind of Steinberg vision with less features. Great to have it across different daw as third party plugin!
