Holiday Island 0.0.9 bug fix 1 has been released (Patreon)

This is the first bug fix for 0.0.9alpha.
Due to preparations for a new future version managment, the game has the version 0.0.9.1 after the update.

Bug fixes: 

  • Jennifer at the bar can overlay the third girl (the one on the right)  --> fixed with bug fix1

  • Sexting image may still be visible in the background when pressing the H key  --> fixed with bug fix1 (sextiong will no longer be seen, but screnn is blank instead)

  • "player_endurance_check" crash at Desire's lap dance --> fixed with bug fix1

  • AttributeError: 'cl_character' object has no attribute 'age_known'  --> fixed with bug fix1

  • Passing of time is bugged  --> will be changed back to the way it was with bug fix1

  • Second meeting with joy repeats over and over again  --> fixed with bug fix1 (you will get it once again after you installed the bug fix - sorry, this cannot be helped)

In order to apply it, copy the content of the zip file into the folder  where you installed the game. Overwrite all files when asked.
After that delete the folder named "cache" inside the game folder and restart the game. 

This bug fix does not break the save games.

When you click download now on zuppy, a random link will show up as another tab. Just close the tab and click download now again to get your file. You may need to do this 2 or 3 times of just closing the new tab with the links.

Hey Darkhound, I encountered another bug during my game. The night event where Yvette comes to your room was text only (no pics/actions). But, just so you know I encountered this bug before applying the Bug fix. I'll let you know if it happens again.

You are partially right. Unfortunately the bug is still there. Not every two days, but every time you load a save game. The version handling to make the save games compatible is a mess right now. Need to clean that up.

Hi, I didn't change anything related to that event. Maybe it's caused by the bug in how time passes. If you get it again with the bug fix applied, please send me a save where I can reproduce it.

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but every 5 days I get the letter under the door stating it's been 20 days when i'm on day 35 now and Joy goes through the same motions.

Loving the game. Still having issues unlocking all available pictures but that makes it all the more worth playing

Hola Darkhound, muy buen trabajo. decirte que el encuetro con Ivette en recepción no se abre, ni tampoco consigo descubrir el encuentro en la playa con Alice con los prismáticos. Cómo averiguo las edades? Y hago que me implanten la localización delas chicas? Llevo 160 dias jugados y no consigo descubrir el resto de imágenes o esce´nas. Gracias. Espero tu respuesta. Un juego muy divertido, grandísimo trabajo!!

I dunno wtf happened, I went to take a shower and i lost 12 days of game time when I came back, saves reverted and everything :/

Hey, found something interesting, not a serious bug, more of a technical inconsistency but I figured I would mention it anyways just for the hell of it. I went to bed at 4am and then i got the Yvette scene which happens at 3:30am according to the radio clock graphic in the background and the clock on the gameday goes back to 3:30. like I mentioned no big deal but just an interesting thing to mention in case this would be something that would bug you. Cheers!
