Yvette pool play scene (0.1.1 beta preview) (Patreon)

Hi guys and gals,

I really couldn't stand the old black/yellow swimsuit Yvette was wearing. So she got a new one. I try to exchange all the renders where the old swimsuit is shown (more than 30) before the next update. I have about half of them done right now.

The render above is from a new scene for Yvette. You will be able to play with her in the pool in the next version.

Instead of exchanging, couldn't you just add it as a new swimsuit?

I could but I won't. The point was to get rid of the other one, not to introduce a new one.

Yumm yumm can't wait 1.1 to drop. Just an idea how about having some different swim suit's we could buy for all the girls.

It would haven been more work. I'd have needed to add another quest for getting the swimsuit. And the additional swimsuit should be really special and sexier :)

Thanks! You can already get an additional swimsuit for Amy. It requires between 30 and 50 additional renders to add a swimsuit for one girl, so I cannot just do it for all of them right now. Would take far too long for too little benefit.

It doesn't have to be a quest. Just add a new choice: "Yvette, could you wear your other swimsuit for me?" While you might not like the old swimsuit, there are probably fans of it out there. By removing the old swimsuit, you take away a player choice. Also, if you add the alternate swimsuit without taking away the old one, you could put in the new scenes with it piecmeal, like you did for Amy's Sling Bikini. Thus you wouldn't compromise your release date.

messed up. you have a pic of Heather laying on her side propped up on her arm with a black swim suit. you should yews that one she look great in that.

Yvette though tiny will be hard to dunk. Those flotation devices on her chest will keep her from going under!

Sorry, but I'm not discussing and explaining this one further. The old swimsuit is gone. It's not the end of the world. Just enjoy the new one. I removed it because I really didn't like it. I don't want to do new renders using it, which I have to do if I keep it in the game.

That would be nice, but it'd have to be an event outfit not a general one I'd say. As the number of renders required to introduce general outfits are high and will become prohibitive "costly" as more actions, such as groping is introduced. Since each such action will require a render pr. outfit, which quickly accumulates across the number of girls in the game. I'd certainly like to see more outfits, but for above reasons suggest that they are special outfits for special or sex events, so that number of repetitive renders and thus time/effort is kept down and can flow into more unique events and outfits instead.

Great to see more with Yvette! She's a favourite and 'busting out' a new bikini for her sounds like a great plan. :D

The old yellow doesn't bother me (although judging by the one render above, the new one looks like it may be better), but what DOES bother me is Yvette's 2nd swimsuit--the black one with the magenta polka dots. My major complaint is that it's already used by Faye. Having two characters with the same swimsuit reminds me a little too strongly that the girls are created in a program with limited clothing options, which slightly kills the mood for me. It actually is probably one of my only complaints in the game.....Replace one or the other, PLEASE?!? Or at least write it into the storyline that Faye borrowing Yvette's swimsuit instead of having all the characters pretend that nobody notices?!?

Oh c'mon - it's not that bad when two girls got the same bikini. Changing it will require too many new renders. it ws bad enough with the base swimsuit. The others have a lot more renders.

You know, if it was a skimpier bikini, I think it could be more forgivable since there's only so small a bikini can be (as the fabric gets smaller, it converges on the three major coverage areas, so the designs start to converge). You could even use the same design and make it a different color, which is entirely acceptable...but to have the same design AND the same colors? I don't speak for women, but the girls I've known would seriously consider changing if another girl were wearing the same suit as them. It would be a bit of an embarrassment. Perhaps there's a quick way to just change the pattern or the color? I think the only exception would be at a bikini contest, of course, where as I mentioned, the designs start to converge and its sort of expected that some bikinis will look very similar to others.

I will say that the saving grace for this game is that you already have multiple swimsuits for all the models, and I usually always have the skimpiest bikini option, meaning I typically don't have either Faye or Yvette wearing this design.

Say...that gives me an idea!...why not have a scene where they bump into each other wearing the bikini and each of them demands the other one remove their bikini?...if you make this INTENTIONAL, then you would both acknowledge this, save a bunch of renders, and add something to the game.

This is a good idea, I will think about it some more and maybe add it to one of the next versions :)

Maybe you walk into them while they have the argument and they ask you who has to remove their bikinis (immediately!). Of course, you could choose one, the other, or BOTH, since they are both being bratty. Whomever you choose (or both!) gets nude right there, and then after the scene the girl(s) you've chosen will automatically be changed into a different suit. That's just off the top of my head, but I'm sure you'll come up with something awesome--you always do!

Also, it might be a way to force the player to make a girl angry in order to see some skin--i've found I pretty much never have to make a girl angry, and so I never need to use the gifting functions. If you had more ways to make them angry that are worth it for the player, I think that's a good thing.
