Faye at the night bar (0.3.7 preview) (Patreon)

Hello guys and gals!

I have good news for all the Faye lovers out there.

She has been converted to a full Genesis3 figure, meaning that she doesn't have to be retired any more.

Faye looks pretty much the same as before, with some very small improvements that you can really only see if you compare the old and new her in the same pose.So there is no need to redo all her renders.

To get the ball rolling, Faye got a couple of new and redone things for the next update:

New sprites for all her evening wears, inluding emotions, hugging, kissing, etc.

Her sexy evening wear has been remade, since the old colors were too similar to those off her skimpy outffit.

She gets new night bar drink scenes for all the three outfits in three different locations, one for each outfit. In total you will get more than 50 new images for the drink scenes.

Good eye. It's one of the small changes I did to make her face look a little more "balanced". Her breasts are a little different too. Better looking and much easier to work with.

I'm not really knowledgeable with DAZ, but wouldn't it have been better to directly move her over to genesis 8 or 9? Isn't 3 really old as well?

All the girls and the MC are Genesis3. Genesis 8 and Genesis 3 are the same for all intense and purpose. The goal was to make the "new Faye" look as closely to the old one as possible while using Genesis 3 textures on her. Using one Gensis 9 figure and everything else Genesis 3 would be a nightmare to work with. Visually there is no advantage using Gen9 over Gen3. Just because it is new doesn't make it better. Daz is a company and they want to sell asstes, so they have to make something new every couple of years. Genesis 8 for example had the "new eyebrows" that look totally ugly to me. Except for some additional bones in the face to improve expressions and some bending morphs that you don't really need, Gen8 and Gen3 are identical.

Ah, okay, thanks for the fast reply! I though it was more of a compatibility requirement like you see in other Software. Like at some point Genesis 3 just isn't supported anymore. Just thought in that case it would have been better to directly jump to the newest version to work around that. Thanks for clearing that up.
