Some of you may have seen a slightly different version of this comic yesterday.

Eh. It's good you fixed the color error but I also feel like this lacks about 80% of the impact of the original version, because the words no longer have the same weight. I think the original might have been a little on-the-nose but I feel in comparison this version overcompensates and comes off as neutered. Just my opinion.

Edward Steele

I think it works better for people who may not know your 3-panel style as well as everyone here does

Pierre-Julien Grizel

I prefer yesterdays's version dialogs with today's version character posture (if it changed?)

Jon

I'm on the fence regarding dialogue but lean toward this version. It would make more sense if either the pie graph were above a group instead of a person, or the person's attitude one metric say light green became dark green by the end. And perhaps the scolding person is a politician? Thinking Hillary and the deplorables here.

Izzy Maxwell

I like this version, but I have the benefit of knowing what it used to say. Either works, but today's version has a simple elegance that feels very PBF.

Chris Frochaux

Crap, I didn't see the previous version! I get the gist though... I suspect we'll vote for the same candidate.

I LOVE this. It illustrated better than I could put in words how I've been feeling about the society at large lately. Gonna share the version you posted on your site with others.

Matthew Leigh

Could you put the original back up for patrons?

Danielle Corsetto

I think the only thing it needs is word balloons around the argumentative guy's squiggly lines (and a bit of variation in his body language, to get across that he's just going on and on, not stuck or frozen). But, Nick, I came here just to comment that I love the message so much. :)
