If you’re trying to heal your traumas, you should try Somatic Experiencing, it’s easy exercises you can do from home, it works amazingly well. Recommended by Dr. Gabor Maté. Or Reiki… which sounds like a New Age scam (it’s energy healing), but it’s actually the best method I found to heal myself emotionally. Therapy is good too but so painful and costly… :-S
