Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updates. The past two months was a struggle, and I'm kinda struggling with an art block of sorts. Trying to get myself back into drawing here, and here's a pin-up artwork of Faun from my Owl Mage story. It's not much, but its a start.

I would love to do another of those art prompt illustrations again. What do you guys think I should come up with?

I think it would be awesome to find out faun is really a long lost prince From one of 4 lost kingdoms

Atom

Hot! What about a romance? I think prompts are a great idea! Were you thinking of finding one on the internet, from an art friend, or having us suggest one?

I've personally always liked Alex and Gabe and would be thrilled to see them again. As for art prompt, maybe follow your changgwi inspiration and pull from your favourite songs or genre. Adventure, romance, monsters, there's so much and could be an interesting exploration

Hey there! First of all, I'm glad to hear from you. I was getting worried but I'm glad that everything's ok. As for art prompt maybe you could try a randomizer with weird things and see what happens lol

Rory

I’d second more Alex and Gabe, love your spooky stuff.

Basil Tilmon

You can do all the pinups you’d like :)

Glad to see you back^^ Maybe try a whole set of: - turning the things in your apartment into animated objects. - mix objects with animals or - try just drawing detailed gear systems - or only use color and no line-art those or other completely new things might trigger your art-brain. :D Or try other things you never thought of drawing before. I look forward to seeing you on the other end of this block again, rooting for you!

Aww, Faun looks so wistful. And hot. Nice to see you back! When I find myself in a writing block I try to find inspiration in other things I'm interested in at the moment, so maybe you could use a playlist as art prompts? Or characters from TV/books you've been vibing with lately.

He’s got the best ‘stache. Take as much time as you need dude :)

I am kinda vibing with a few Korean and Japanese songs recently. One of them I did manage to draw a horror art based on the song. A lot of my playlist sometimes is like "road music" that gives you a road trip vibe. Maybe I could plan a theme like that for the art prompt.

Thank you! Your suggestion using color an no line-art reminds me I've not been actively doing speed painting artworks for a longggggg time now. I should try to get back into it though. Objects and animals sounds interesting. Detailed gear systems... erm... I could try... XD

Thanks, Rory! I do have some ideas for Alex - mostly more ghostly encounters to expand his ghost hunter backstories. Gabe would be tagging along in one or two of these.

Thanks! I did try a DnD randomizer online! XD Some are too weird... but they do give some good directions for a prompt or a short random comic idea.

I do have some short horror stories for Alex still in the works. Sometimes I overthink of these ideas and indecisive about it because I wasn't sure will they work for readers. But yes, more Alex and Gabe in future!

I don't have much ideas for a romance prompt but I can see if I can plan for one. I did look around on the net for prompts, even from past years. I also made a list but I kinda doubt myself if they are interesting to work on. Mostly I try to ask some art friends, or suggestions from you all might give me some idea or direction to go with. o 3 o

I do have one 'prince' character of sorts but turned into a life of piracy idea. But that never got anywhere XD

Basil Tilmon

Fox and his friends could be a nice pinup series.

I know right?! sounds so silly XD I'ts just something completely different and maybe that would remove the block^^ But I wish you fun with anything you try!🙌✨
