Another election on the way! (Patreon)

This is a quick update to say thank you to everyone who has been supporting The Tally Room on Patreon.

It has been a very busy period post-election. I am yet to take a break, instead trying to cover all of the different angles of analysis of interest in the federal election.

I've taken some time away from writing blog posts over the last few days to write a book chapter, as part of a book volume about the 2025 federal election. And then on Thursday the Tasmanian House of Assembly voted no confidence in the govenrment, likely triggering an early election.

I have now published my guide to the Tasmanian state election, whenever it may come. I am sure that I'll be doing podcasts and blog posts for this election, and I'd love your support to make sure this can be covered as well as possible.

This isn't the last for the federal election, though. I am still planning some more analysis, particularly when the final 2PP and distribution of preferences data is out. So stay tuned!
