He is absolutely the type of thing that would have an Orders Minoris assigned to him on a permanent basis once his credentials clear and he passes the political vibe check. However, he also a contemporary of people who blatantly outranks many of the modern authority. When he’s no longer someone new on a glorified feudal world playing civilized world under quarantine we’ll see more people react to the equivalent of a living saint whose writ makes them a Peer of Terra before Peer of Terra was a thing.

Wait, when making the mech, what do you mean you don’t have the Talents? It lists: Talents -120 On the RC 01 post. Is it part of soft landings? Morningstar should be getting learning already.

He doesn't have Engineering and Science Talents, which are specifically about tech and so on.

In chapter 1 you have Science and Engineering listed under the initial build. Since you have the cyber cape, I believe it comes default, unless that is part of the WC you wanted to change.

Nope, you were 100% correct, fixed now, great catch! That said, it doesn't come with the Tech Shroud, as that was a WC thing, and this uses the CC.
