Yeah, sorry. Funerals suck, and funerals for people who aren't old (under 40), suck squared.

Err, doesn't this chapter contradict Deadline 12.8 as Lee said the Simurgh had six other (powers) aside from pre/postcognition and the telekinesis in that chapter, but is saying in this one that she only has two?

Yep. Good catch, I'll re-write that section. I've been extraordinarily tired lately, and I'll re-work it as soon as I'm done editing the next chapter of Inspired Voyager.
