Oh gosh I felt fear when Jack spoke about Facebook friend. In dec I had a breakdown, isolated myself and then started posting random, attention seeking stuff on my fb. E.g Why does no one do phone calls anymore then the fickle stuff I’ve been there for them over then deleted a lot of my female friendship group. Posted angry Meg Myers’s and Paris paloma songs in relation to guy I was dating, (he wasn’t on fb) random thoughts said I’m quitting work even though work colleagues were on it, put up photo of me when off on sick drinking wine. Then one im in my great escape mode of me in countryside. Photos of animals in countryside captioned friend. So much more. It was manic. I can’t go back on fb ever again. I’m still mortified. Plus the impulse to just keep posting was weird but intense 😶‍🌫️. Anyway. Not sure why I’m sharing this. Bygones. 😄,😳!!
