I had smoked salmon and vegan Philadelphia on a pita bread pocket today. I bought chunky pieces of turkey and salad for tomorrow. My fave lunch times were when I turned 30 and went to every cafe nearby my work on lunch break as a mission…too costly to keep up! Interested to hear others lunch time eats. I feel like lunchtime should be the best the meal of the day. If I go to a cafe I like soup and sandwich deal. - as go to. I love bread in all forms. Bagels good. But yeh read should be salad for lunch. But do feel like if going to eat bread may as well be at lunch time. I like sandwiches- go to tuna mayo, ciabattas- get all kinds from a cafe. I like toasties. I like sourdough bread with avocado and mushrooms but I’m not making that in morning. Usually I skip breakfast as I’d rather snooze thus by lunch I’m ravenous. Tomorrow lunch I’m not looking forward to :(
