The lads discuss the quandary of tardiness when Eric decided to show up late to the podcast recording. Should Joy Tactics initiate a punishment system or engage in radical forgiveness? Nate gets mad at sneakerheads for ruining his chance at having a new pair of shoes he liked. Jack comes up with a new business idea that is like an emotional version of a rage room where you can just like talk sh*t to someone for an hour. All that and more on this most excellent episode of Joy Tactics! Yes!

Nate is right. The way they choose the pope is just like how they do it in the Goblet of Fire.

It makes me laugh especially hard when I go back and read the title of the episode when it’s 52 minutes in and the boys are going on about putting Ringo’s head in their mouths

Punishment idea: The wrongdoer has to record a 30m solo ‘Penance Pod’ where they apologize to the audience, beg for forgiveness, and basically struggle to burn half an hour by themselves. It can be a three strikes you’re out type approach to the infractions too so eric doesn’t have to do one every week

Violations, clashes, punishments... This pod is entering into its Storming phase in the Tuckmanian group dynamic continuum, but remember the golden days are ahead once you weather this.
