Estonia is very nice I went there few years back so prices might have changed but we got a cheap decent Airbnb in the centre of Tallinn great maritime museum great old castle environment you can get a bus to the Baltic Sea kinda nice mild temps in Summer 🏝️. All the shop keeps etc we met spoke English

The affordable connectivity program is great. My partner and I aren’t even citizens and definitely make above the cap but spectrum were kind enough to give us the rebate anyways :)
