Nate idk if you’ll read this but check out a book called The Mindbody Prescription by Dr. John Sarno. Completely cured my back pain after years of suffering. I work a very physical job in the trades so I thought I had cooked it permanently but that was not the case. Larry David and Howard Stern swear by Dr Sarno as he cured both of their decade’s long pain. It’s only like $10 definitely worth checking out!

eric, your eyes hold something that we can't even begin to decipher. Would most consider it a 'fluoride stare'? Maybe. But I see something different. Within those piercing black eyes, I see a soul as old as time - a gaze that's endured the deep pain of the ice age and the dinosaur extinction, and the beauty of a rainbow after a rainstorm. I know what you've been through, Eric. I would like to, first, send my condolences for the tortured soul you are, but remind you that pain brings wisdom. Pain is growth. And in 50 thousand years, when you sit atop Mount Everest during your 100 year long meditation session as civilization crumbles before you, and you curse God for the unbearable possession of immortality, just remember the Joy Tactics and Joy Tacticians, and I hope you smile.

For the first 3/4ths of this I was like "man, this is the worst podcast I've ever heard" but once the string bean made an appearance there was a COMPLETE mood shift and you guys saved it, great work 👍🏻
