There is no medical condition that prevents basic non-medical level mask wearing that does not also require the person to have oxygen with them. General non-medical level masks do not measurably interfere with breathing and oxygen levels.

If you want real psycho birds look at cassowaries. My nephew used to work for a vet. When dealing with those birds everyone had to wear full body armour and use riot shields.

Cecil, sorry to hear about your experience with the locals in the Czech Republic. I went back in 2012 and had a great experience. A local gave us a tour of the city that later transitioned to a bar crawl that started at a local bar surrounded with live Pumas and ended with karaoke in a basement. Also, the Sedlec Ossuary (aka, Bone Church) in Kutná Hora was one of my favorite spots when I toured Europe. I distinctly remember learning that many of the bones buried there were remains from victims of the Black Plague. It was one of the most surreal experiences I've had sober and I definitely recommend it as a destination.
