Love you guys. Been a long time listener. Back home in Alabama I was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana in my own house. I had a joint and my legally owned pistol, locked up and seperated from its ammo. the pistol is what made it a felony. Well 18 or so months later the case and charges were dropped. They didn't have a warrant. 8 or so years later I had been working for a contractor who won a job on a navy base in Charleston NC. I couldn't work on the job site because their background check returned my arrest record. It took 10 years for it to go away
