Okay I’m going to stand to the defense of Sacramento food. There is a lot of very good food in Sacramento. Shocking there isn’t as many places in Sacramento as a bigger city because Sac isn’t that big. But there are some real gems. The big thing about Sacramento food is that it is farm to fork in a way that you can find almost nowhere. If you’re looking for good time in Sac (heh) you should check out The Kitchen. Singlehandedly the best dining experience I’ve had.
