LoL!!! "you have to tip ahead of time now"?! I have had this experience as well, where I tipped Grubhub and then the driver failed to give good service. One time he forgot the drinks and handed me the cash tip back at the door and BEGGED me to not give him a bad review

I'm unwilling to punish people for poor service by withholding money from them. I don't do it to restaurant staff who rely on tips for the majority of their earnings so why do it to an even more exploited group of workers?
