HI all - for the patron only show this month we are considering an AMA. Feel free to write any questions you have below. If there is enough response to do a whole show we will make an AMA instead of goofy news for the patron only.

Cecil, what is the meal you've cooked for Tom (or a meal/gathering he was a guest) that you're most proud of/thought was the best? Tom, what is your favorite dish Cecil has cooked? I'm so sorry if this destroys the podcast. I know food is very close to both of your hearts.

There was an episode of Dear Old Dads where Tom shared research about how your choice of college or university has very little bearing on your prospects post-school and the other guys seemed to struggle to accept the information because it contradicted long-held beliefs. I'm curious if you've had this experience with other subjects during your skeptical careers - has there been a piece of information which was objectively true but difficult to incorporate into your worldview?

What’s a hobby you wish you could revisit if you had a “free day” or whatever? I know Tom used to brew but like most of us who don’t become actual brewers it’s fallen by the wayside. I recently gave away all by one keg, just not enough time these days, but I’m sure I’ll get back at some point (probably not lol)

I have a rare medical condition that means I have to be on an extremely low sodium diet and it can be very difficult to get food to taste good without salt. I'm also a vegetarian. Cecil, any recommendations for non-sodium replacements or good salt free vegetarian dishes? Tom, got any extremely dark descriptions of a world without salt that I could commiserate with?
