Hey guys, from what I've found, the weird 'letter opener' thing in the circumcision story is called a 'barzel', and it is in fact used like a letter opener, but pulling foreskin through it instead of paper. The thing that still disturbs me is they have little BDSM papoose boards to strap infants to while they cut them.
