2) Atomic Requiem: He can deconstruct any metal or synthetic compound into its base atoms and reweave it into a new material structure, like a living forge/lab.

3) Inventory/Isolated space: Store things & living beings. This time, no penalty or restriction.

4) Infinity Mirror Body: Tony’s body becomes an infinity fractal of armor and consciousness. Every attack against him is absorbed, multiplied, and reflected as data, allowing perfect adaptation on a quantum level.

Clones are useless because robots can do the same, material synthesis is important for the creation of new objects but I think it limits it because there is a limited number of elements that can be created, it will only improve what already exists, the inventory I think with his intelligence and the space gem he can invent something, Infinity Mirror Body very op I don't know what could kill him after that I think at most what they could do is banish him to another dimension or imprison him and Cosmic energy control has more potential since as a primordial energy you could invent whatever you want and it would make sense the limit is the imagination and with the mind gem in his head I think that is what complements him the most

With enough genius and time tony can create all these powers to give to himself later but it will take time to research. So the clone ability that gives him the ability to double his time is the most useful for a scientist like Tony, cuz the one thing he really lacks is time to invent research and learn.

Atomic Requiem would be an excellent tool for Tony to push the boundaries of science even further. But Cosmic energy control is what he needs not only does it give him similar (if not the same) powers as Captain Marvel but it also gives Tony the strength to handle the infinity gems.
