There's a lot of possibilities here. I was thinking maybe it'd be fun to make a nod back to this scene:

I think the nod to the Betty scene is a good idea. It's simple and not too complicated, but for a character like Dexter's mom, that might be the best. Of course, I imagine the reason she won was because of her....junk in the trunk, so maybe have a pose that emphasizes that?

maybe she found dexter's lab and she triggered the failsafes to keep dee dee restrained and out of his way?

As much as I feel people want to see her butt, I do love the nod to the old scene. That was such an early bondage memory for me.

What about something that got out of Dexter's lab and tied her up. Maybe something with tape, or something that is like a package wrapping machine

I prefer the reference, but if you want the butt pose, you could do that and include the Dad is Disturbed pose as an extra drawing closer to the show’s style
