Wasn't loving how this one was shaping up, so I chucked it and redrew it from scratch with better anatomy, better pose and more squish!

Maybe if I'm feeling confident I'll add a bit more to it and post it elsewhere... or at least here at all tiers. 😷

Bit gag or ring gag? Maybe with the ring you can have a part where you can see the tongue through it than seal it with some socks. And maybe if you put tape or cloth over it you can barely see the outline of it.

i adore the ballgag so much, especially with lipstick. the pose and the cute bulge and tummy are absolutely lovely. if i had to suggest anything, it would be noseplugs (because its what i always suggest lol)

Ooh, noseplugs! I actually thought of that before and just forgot about them. I'll add some nice thick ones for sure. For now you can just assume they're there under that big cloth gag 😷

Oooooo!!! Goodness, this looks so good! The squish is absolutely wonderful, you conveyed the form of the body and the shapes really well, I feel like I can just reach out and grab those nice big boobs! If you were to add more stuff, I think it would be nice to see some nude alts, perhaps even being stripped and humiliated, plus maybe an even more massive gag or putting the mask back on over the gag to “disguise” it. It’s all up to you though and whatever you would want to do or not do. Wonderful job!

Great proportions! The rope around the neck is a nice touch too, and now that a nice big gag is in place it's time to go outside for a walk

Hmm I wonder if the outline of the ballgag would show even with a mask on? I mean it's a pretty big ballgag after all! Definitely gonna be hard to hide all the cloth layers behind a mask though, but I bet that would turn on the captive even more!

OOOOOhhhh my goodness this is fantastic Jam! Absolutely love the expression work on display here, and the curves and squish are superb! and it probably goes without saying for me but that ballgag looks stupendously hot! So hefty and ample - and the nose/ear plugs on top of that is seriously icing on an already amazing cake. Still can't thank you enough for introducing me to nose plugs! Great great work Jam!

Apart from what everybody has said, the squish, the ballgag, rope around neck being an excellent touch, I’d like to add: that the lipstick being a different color from the ball gag just enough to stand out while the lips are locked around the huge ball gag really does things for me 🙏🏻 amazing!
