Update 1.3 adding Map Tasks Window

Features:

It’s can show active quests (in same colors that quest direction pointer) or all quests.
You can hide window and set opacity for inactive state (when window not in focus)
When you reach progress, tasks in window updates automatically
Control characters are supported (icons or variable values)
Use script call: SQSM.RefreshMapQuestsList(); for manually refresh window
