I basically agree. Part of why I haven't started a channel seriously yet is just because I feel like some people focus too hard on their personal brand rather than honing the craft. Making videos like kusanagi is no joke. It takes 40 hours of work. That's a full work week and like a second full time job, even if it's only once a month that's still time that could be spent honing the craft. And while I don't hate the guy he seriously seems too directionless. Since making the channel the guy hasn't made a single one shot. In the time he was making these videos, he could've made a one shot and submitted it to shonen jump by now, and his art is good enough to be in Jump too. Shame.

Exactly. He's like the Project Divder brothers. They're all in Japan to draw manga but somehow haven't even submitted anything to the publishers. Makes no sense.
