Without hesitation, he pulls out a handgun. “Let’s see how much more you can take.”

The second shot strikes her belly again, followed by a third. Lena staggers but still remains on her feet, her legs trembling, her breath ragged. She stares at the masked man with fire in her eyes, refusing to give him the satisfaction of seeing her go down.

The masked man shakes his head, almost in disbelief. “Impressive… but futile.”

He raises the gun higher and fires again—this time through her chest. The bullet pierces Lena’s breast and explodes into her heart. Her body jolts violently, blood seeping down her torso, but somehow, she still doesn’t fall. Her eyes, though filled with pain, remain locked on her tormentor, as if silently daring him to finish it.

Act 5: The Final Shot
Enraged by her resilience, the masked man takes a step closer. With icy precision, he aims the gun directly between her breasts and pulls the trigger one final time.

The bullet strikes her heart, and Lena gasps sharply as the last bit of life drains from her body. She crumples to the floor, her blood pooling beneath her in a silent testament to her strength and defiance.

The masked man stands over her lifeless form, his expression unreadable. After a moment, he leans down and whispers softly: “You were tougher than I thought. But in the end, everyone breaks.”

He vanishes into the shadows, leaving the apartment silent once more.
