This was a fun idea for a video. I like how she was trying to prove to her viewers that this wasn't the end for her. Perhaps the viewers could've said things like: "What? Only one bullet is enough for Wanda?" hurting Wanda's pride, so she stands back up, acting like one bullet in her heart is nothing. So the shooter has to fire more bullets into Wanda. Her fans and viewers in chat start encouraging Wanda to endure more and more bullets. And Wanda being so cocky and not wanting to disappoint her fans, she has to satisfy the viewer's demands in the chat. :)
