What do you think about heart tattoos? Where is the best place to place them?

Im a stickler for anatomic accuracy. I think a small heart tattoo on the apex would be insanely hot, but that would mean under the breast for most women, and just under the nipple for "smaller" women. It is also an area where the skin can move from heart motion, which would really make it a treasure.
