I definitely pull the ‘we’re not watching this because it’s annoying card’. When my daughter was 5 she loved Adley. Horrible YouTube channel that is overstimulating, teaches kids to be an excessive consumer, and makes life seem unrealistic. She hated it but understood.

The first episode of The Simpsons I watched was the firat Christmas episode. My grandmother was in hospice and we were all staying at her house for Xmas. I managed to tune the antenna (look it up, Gen Z kids) to get the show on and then when In Living Color came on, my uncles called my dad into the room to "check out this show your son found."
