Also Mr. P talking about the garden after having a baby and I’m literally tearing up.. I have a 6yo and a 20mo and the last pregnancy really exacerbated my chronic illnesses and autoimmune issues, and I deal with a lot of guilt and depression. I look out the back window at town down weed infested plots and mourn them, but I recently started aquaponics with my fish and got an aerogarden off of marketplace and it’s really lifted me up. And to the thing about pollinator gardens, that’s really the only thing I have left because I planted it years ago and it persists 😅 and I love it.

Funny story about becoming a member. Apparently i changed my name, profile picture, turned on notifications, and bought a membership here in the middle of the night while on sleep medication. I didn’t know i had done any of this until the next afternoon when i started to get membership notifications out of nowhere. It seems the Ambien walrus wanted access to all the fun and drug me along with him. I’m not complaining though. This isn’t entirely new as i have experienced Ambien Christmas several times in the past. (Receiving random things in the mail i didn’t know i had ordered.) But this is the first time it’s happened in a very long time as i started putting my phone on the other side of the room when i go to bed. I guess the subliminal messaging worked. Well played Pearlmans.

an episode all about american girl dolls, the fictional books, and the non fiction 'lifestyle' books they had would actually be amazing. every girl my age that went to catholic school read The Care & Keeping of You because the adults in our lives would rather shove a book at us than talk to us about puberty. but also the fictional books were a great way to learn about history. and i always joke that there's ones that are fun and silly like Samatha having electricity and plumbing when no one else did because it was the 1800s! and then there's VERY SERIOUS TOPICS like little Addy watching her family being broken apart through the slave trade and then her mother taking her to PHILADELPHIA to escape slavery
