I use airbnb when travel to Philly. Specifically an airbnb right across the street from my friend's apartment building. It's so convenient, the couple is so nice, and when airbnb falls i plan on reaching out to them to see if they'll keep renting it out.

Can usually cover over linoleum easy enough if it’s not bubbled. Asbestos Siding or insulation are the big nightmares most else cost of remediation isn’t as horrific as you might think at first. But all of it does mean no DIY short cuts
