I think you could satisfy both parties by doing a double nerf. Basically, you make them bigger by nerfing the nerf until it's a buff. I hear it's all the rage in [part of the world]. :P

While her chest is a bit too big for my personal taste, I don't think you should change it. You have lots of characters and stories for people to enjoy. Variation in body shapes and design help make each character memorable and distinguishable.

Maybe the more runes she gives/loses via her milk, she loses size a bit, but gains it back and more over time or by killing enemies...how bigger can they get tho if that's the case.
