I don't see anyone doing it, so I'm really questioning myself on this, but should I share future HMGBAPS characters (without giving spoilers on them, of course)?

(So far only Malaya was shared)

I personally wouldn't mind seeing some concept art. Love all your characters

I'd prefer to keep the surprise. But it's up to you anyway. :)

You could probably show us the concept art without naming names. Once they show up in comic proper, we'll recognize them and finally learn their names and character.

Maybe not to far ahead? If the new character will come in the next few pages it could be cool to have a little background, but if he will appear on let's says chapter 6 (if you go that far) I would prefer to wait to not get my hope up (and for you to avoid question like "when will X appear in the story")

best to keep it at concept art at most i would say. It would be nice to see as long as it doesn't 1) add extra work load on for you and 2) doesn't add extra pressure on you to deliver items like this. We already love all the content you give us and we don't want you burning yourself out.

I think it should only be presented when you have a semi-solid idea on what you want to do with them. Otherwise you will be giving out ideas but people might turn them into promises and constantly ask "When character drop?", even if you've canned the idea. But you could give little teasers when you are pretty much sure you will implement them at some point

Maybe less the character that’s appearing in the comic and maybe more the character concept. This way we get to see the design and speculate and you aren’t necessarily locking yourself into something if a slightly better or more refined idea comes along.
