"Externally, they seem like a typical French family. Jean-Pierre, a highly skilled prosecutor, excels in his career but falls short at home, neglecting his wife, Marie-Claire, both physically and emotionally. She's a dedicated high school teacher, finds fulfillment in her work, yet her husband's indifference is beginning to take its toll. Their son, Lucien, is a troubled teenager—an avid skater and gamer with few friends. He embodies everything his parents never wanted him to become."
