I just switched to AoS so I can tell you very fresh what's it like ;) It's great, since AoS is a much better game, on a level that the 40k probably will reach in the 11th edition, if they learn the good lessons from AoS ;)

I really want to see Brad and Eric's armies, but I'm also eager to get back to a useful hobbying/gameplay episode, so the terrain sourcing guide sounds great as well. If the AoS/40k noobs guide happens, I hope it includes what makes AoS different from 40k in a fundamental gameplay manner.

If it ends up being “how fun dey iz to krump” I feel I need to mention the fact that while Orks do enjoy krumpin humies, they absolutely loath the idea of fighting kriegsmen. (Spoiler warning) In the novel Krieg, the Orks have over taken a hive city and the death korp of Krieg have come in to lay siege. What’s important about this is that underneath the hive city is a nuke from the dark age of technology and an inquisitor is trying to get to it before the Orks do. The solution is obvious right? Just fight the Orks and keep them interested; the issue is that the DKOK’s preferred method of warfare is so boring to the Orks that they start searching the city for other fun things to do and end up blowing up the nuke when they find it.

It’s a Magic thing. Basically each color in mtg has personality traits associated with it. When a card has one or more colors, the character on the card probably embodies some or all of the traits each color has. This video would kind of be like giving every major 40k character a personality assessment only in mtg language.
