Interestingly enough, a lot of the style of abilities you talk about, especially those that move your opponent on the board (push, pull, etc.) were widely used in the WarMachine/Hordes game. It’s gone way down in popularity in the recent years, but it still exists with free rules, and the minis might be cheaper on the secondary market now.
