Other people have mentioned it but there’s been no implication that he’s using homebrew class features nor mention of a (sub)class content drop a la Suvi and Ame, so we’re just assuming it’s PHB compliant!

They are all great characters but Suvi development wise is the most interesting one to me. Suvi wouldn't have to make these decisions if her friends would slow down and think. The internal conflict of this party is fantastic.

I love that the levelling up in this game is not just some magical thing that randomly happens but tied to character and plot development. I've just started DMing my first homebrew campaign and it inspired to try something like this with my players and they are so into it. Thanks all for the stories and the inspiration.

I absolutely hear you! It is a fantastic character. I'm recognising the "bought up in propaganda/spin/indoctrination" of it all, but my heart is rooting for Ame to just pop off (even though the naivety can grate on me something fierce!) That said, I also pop off when people just go running into any kind of fire, even metaphorical 😅

My solution is that Aabria plays Leah (?sp), the Citadel falls, everyone has the option to become Archfey warlocks (Ame multiclasses so she can Warlock to The Great Bear), ???, HAPPY EVER AFTER 😁👌🏻😂

I know Arc 3 has already been recorded, but I do hope Lou knows that Eursulon is also a "Prep Caster" like Ame is [Charisma Modifier] + [1/2 Paladin lvl, rounded down] spells that can be prepared after every long rest! No need to limit yourself! You too can pick your spell list depending on your mood (and whether you choose Violence like Suvi haha)

All the violent spell Suvi has! Exciting. Hopefully next time she’ll pick up some ritual spells. That way she won’t be so spell slot dependent. 6 spell slots may feel like a lot, but they can go quick (especially if there aren’t many short/long rests)

Her subclass lets her put 2d8 (? I think, not going back to search for it) spells into her spellbook and I think she rolled fairly high, or at least average. Makes sense; the Citadel is all about extensive learning and preparation, particularly as a war mage. (Also makes sense for a campaign that probably isn’t going to go through the motions of constantly looking for spell scrolls to copy. She has her own library.)
