In the vein of not centering the world around the PCs, something I really like about the Monster of the Week game is it encourage you to write what would have happened without the PC's intervention. It definitely helps keep the story centered, rather than everything having apocalyptic odds. I've loved this story, so awesome to see y'all in more long-form stuff ❤️

Am I the only one concerned about the number of cookies Brennan is cooking per second? According to the Internet, there are about 1.2 x10^56 *atoms* in the solar system. The number of atoms in a cookie is hard to estimate, so I'm going to assume about 10^24 atoms per cookie. (Based on some very rough assumptions.) Brennan is cooking almost 23 x 10^51 cookies per second. Given this, I'm sorry to say that Brennan's cookie operation has likely already converted our entire solar system into cookies and is now busily consuming the rest of the galaxy. If you look in a mirror (which by now is just a highly reflective layer of cookies) you will see that you are really just a large stack of cookies yourself. This podcast is just the dream of a few cookies, wondering what could have been, if not for the madness of Brennan's cookie empire.

I do remember distinctly being thankful that I listen to the first Fireside on my way to work and not while I was working, because it can be quite distracting I will admit. Also because I sound like a maniac cackling to myself at my desk, crying with laughter, because of ( insert name here ) and whatever crazy nonsense he said because Lou Wilson couldn't make it
