Dear Friend Across the River, Page 1 (WIP Update) (Patreon)

Here's the work on the first page of this brand new CaitVi comic!

Reminder that this is an 18+ comic with a fairly long SFW intro. I'm making the SFW portion available to everyone, but the 18+ portion will only be available to Steel subscribers and above.

Normally I would start these with both a SFW and 18+ cover, but this time around, I decided to save the cover for when the comic is complete. This is partly because I use covers as a way to advertise these comics, and I felt weird doing a cover that advertises an 18+ comic when I'm not actually drawing the 18+ pages for another few months. There's also the fact that, well... I haven't really been able to come up with an idea for a cover that I'm happy with yet 😅 Hopefully I'll think of something along the way as I start making pages.

This first page has been a tough one, due to all the detail I'm trying to squeeze in. Not every page will be this detailed going forward, but I felt I needed to establish the environment properly before things get going.
